Pet Travel Store rents the Datamars iMax+ Pet Microchip Scanner that can detect microchips (transponders)
using either 125, 128, and 134.2 kHz. This is the full range of unencrypted and encrypted microchips currently in use. It will read the 128 kHz 9 digit Avid encrypted microchip.
Your credit card will be charged for the full price of the scanner in the amount of $324.99 plus shipping and insurance depending on which shipping option you select. (You will select the shipping option when you go to CHECKOUT.)
The cost of renting the scanner is $61.00 which will cover the first two weeks starting the day we ship you the scanner and ending the day we receive the scanner back. Each additional week or part thereof that you keep the scanner will be $16.25. Your rental period begins on the day the scanner is shipped to you.
You may either keep the scanner for the deposit cost of $324.99 or return it at any time at your cost.
Once the scanner has been received by Pet Travel Store, the rental period ends. We will immediately issue a credit of $324.99 less the minimum rental charge of $61.00 plus $16.25 per week for any additional weeks or parts thereof over the initial 14 day period. If the unit is not in working order when returned, we will deduct for cleaning or repairs we have to make to the unit.
Your refund amount will be adjusted if the box and instructions are not returned with the scanner.
