Cyprus requires that your pet be micro chipped and vaccinated for rabies at least 30 days prior to travel They also require that it be treated for Echinococcus.

Your veterinarian must then complete the proper EU veterinary certificate, attach the rabies certificate, and the Echinococus Treatment form.
